Update-ness time I guess.

The last few weeks have been pretty crazy and it seems the ball of Blag is starting to roll again.

 

First I would like to mention that "We're In It For The Money" got a safe review from Alex at Punktastic. 3.4 out of 5 aint bad going considering a lot of people get rinsed on there. Its great that they are one of the few that review honestly and not coz something is flavour of the week.......not mentioning any magazines.........

Next up a big thanks who came to the secret gig we played at the Ten Bells, was a great night even if we had an amp blow up on us (bad times)

 

Finally don't forget we are rocking out at the Marquee on the 17th December with Smaller Than You, The Escapades and Dumbfoundus. £3 on the door.....for FOUR bands....that shits a bargain!

Hi Fuckers!

 

This is just a quick shout out to say thanks to everyone who came to the gig last night with the skints and smaller than you.

We all had a sick time! Thanks to all the skankers and moshers than rinsed out to us.

Finally a huge thanks to everyone that bought our new cd!! We never thought we would sell as many as we did! (that's why Kelle spent most of the gig making them).

 

See you all on the 17th December at the Marquee.....again!

Ok, so we thought it was about time we got our butts back in gear and lay down what we have been up to and what our plans are, etc etc....

First of all the middle of the year we unfortunately had to part ways with Shea. His uni education needed to be focused on and really did not have time for Blag. We had tried to make it work...but we all know long distance relationships are hard work. So we would like to welcome to the Blag world Daryl. Those who caught us over the summer a year or so ago may have seen Daryl playing a few gigs with us while Shea was travelling. Well he is now a permanent fixture.

In September we went back to Purple Studios in Norwich to record a new CD. Who would of thought it was about three years since the last CD. The cd titled "We're In It For The Money" features 5 brand new songs and new drummer Daryl. Hard work paid off and the cd should be (officially) released on the 30th November. A gig will also be played the same night at the Marquee in Norwich. We will be supporting the mighty SKINTS!. So make sure you come along, the CD is only a friggin' £1...bargain! While we are on the subject of the CD a HUGE thanks needs to out to a guy called Mikl. This guy has provided the art work to the new cd (which is amazing) and we hope to work with him on more arty stuff in the future. Check out his stuff www.miklart.com

Plans for 2010 are still a little hazy. What we do know is that a definite tour should happen. Also to play lots of gigs so people don't think we have split up. (which many people do).
